Ordering & Delivery FAQ

All our body care + homeware products are proudly made with love and care, so please allow up to 3 – 4 working days. Important to note is we only start with your order once we’ve received payment, so the sooner we get that out of the way, the sooner we can start creating your Bed Bath Body body care + homeware products.

Our courier delivers throughout South Africa at a cost of R105 per parcel for orders below R495. However, if your order is over R495, we’ll deliver it to you for free. Consider it our gift to you. All our prices include VAT. Unfortunately we don’t accept any cash deposits. 

When you register, please give us your physical address within South Africa, we regretably don’t send to PO Boxes.

We have a number of safe and easy ways to pay for your items ordered. You will be prompted to make payment using one of the following methods:

• Credit Card/Debit Card – immediate payments are securely processed.
• Bank Transfer (EFT) – you will receive an invoice by email with our bank details after which you can send us your proof of payment to info@bedbathbody.co.za Please note that Bank Transfer payments could take up to 7 days to clear.

We do not accept cash deposits.
